Terms & Warranty

Quotes

Quotes are valid for 30 days. We'll honour them inside that window unless materials prices have moved significantly, in which case we'll re-quote rather than surprise you.

Workmanship warranty

All Bradley Roofing installs carry a 5-year workmanship warranty. If our work fails inside 5 years due to install error, we'll repair or replace at no charge. The warranty covers:

• Leaks caused by improper installation
• Fixings, flashings, or sealants we installed
• Trim work and finish quality

It doesn't cover damage from storms, hail, falling trees, or third-party work after we've handed over.

Material warranties

Coloursteel materials carry a 10–30 year residential manufacturer warranty (or up to 15 years commercial), depending on the specific coating and the home's environmental conditions. We pass the manufacturer warranty through to you on completion.

Deposits & payment

For jobs over $5,000 we typically take a 30% deposit on acceptance, balance on completion. Smaller jobs are payable in full on completion.

Cancellation

Cancel up to 7 days before the booked start date with no charge. Inside 7 days, we'll keep any deposit covering materials already ordered.

Disputes

If we ever have a disagreement, call us first, it's usually a misunderstanding. Beyond that, NZ Disputes Tribunal applies.
